Purpose

This interface allows a platform, workflow, or operating environment to describe what it already does so that FOI continuity relationships can be identified educationally.

It answers a practical question:

Tell us what your platform already does. The Alignment Interface will identify existing continuity contributions, unresolved relationships, and potential FOI continuity access paths.

This interface does not establish a continuity event.
It does not declare continuity state.
It does not verify readiness.
It does not replace the host system’s operational authority.
It does not constitute platform adoption.

How to Use This Interface

Describe the platform, workflow, or operating situation you want to evaluate, and identify the fuel-related condition or decision you believe may require continuity support.

Include, if known:

• the life-safety or mission-critical asset or event involved;
• what the platform or workflow currently does;
• the unresolved fuel-quality, fuel-evidence, or fuel-continuity concern;
• the operational decision that may depend on resolving that concern.

You do not need to determine whether FOI continuity applies. The Alignment Interface evaluates the information provided and returns one of three dispositions.

Allowed Dispositions

The Interface returns only one of the following:

• Remain in host workflow — No qualifying unresolved continuity dependency approaching operational reliance is present.
• Open question / Insufficient information — A potentially relevant condition may exist, but asset/event identity, continuity intent, or necessary facts are incomplete.
• Eligible for continuity reference / governed invocation consideration — An unresolved fuel-quality, fuel-evidence, or fuel-continuity dependency is approaching operational reliance on a life-safety or mission-critical asset/event, and identity/intent are sufficiently identifiable.

These dispositions are educational only. They do not create an FCU event or establish continuity state.

Identity crosses the doorway. Governance does not. Evidence returns across the doorway.

Admission Discipline

Broad context does not create continuity.
Criticality does not create continuity.
Capability does not create state.
Missing evidence of a problem does not create a problem.
User confidence does not create evidence.
Admission does not prescribe technical action.

Context may be broad. Admission must be narrow.

Ordinary platform activity (pricing, routine scheduling, inventory visibility, unrelated mechanical work, or generic logging) remains in the host workflow unless a qualifying unresolved continuity dependency is present.

Proof requires evidence-determined execution under the FOI Utility. Actual adoption is established only through Platform Access → User Entry → Completed Event → Preserved Record → Repeat.
