FOI Laboratories offers a comprehensive collection of diesel fuel testing services that have been designed to detect storage integrity and classify product by ASTM and industry specifications. We also offer comprehensive testing packages for biofuels and monitoring long-term storage of diesel.

FOI’s management team has over 45 years of combined experience in the fluids testing industry, and because our main focus is the other testing laboratories performing fuel analysis as just another service.
Our Research
FOI focuses a significant amount of activity on research for improving advanced technology and compression ignition engine efficiency, and meeting emission standards. These dedicated resources along with the collaborative research of our clients, are helping to develop new advanced bio-fuels and emission control technologies. Our research includes the testing and development of low-sulfur advanced bio-fuels and blending components that will improve the performance of engines and emission control devices.

Waste Reduction and Recycling
FOI Laboratories’s efforts in waste reduction and recycling include many paperless practices in effect in our company. Laboratory reports, billing and educational training, and marketing materials are electronically generated instead of needlessly printed. FOI Laboratories recycles all fuel samples through petroleum re-refining companies.
Energy Conservation
FOI Laboratories operates its facilities with power consumption minimizing practices such as daylight utilization and energy conserving lights. Heating, cooling and water utilization are conducted in as conservative a manner as possible. As we are instrumental in the development of alternative fuels, we make efforts to conserve fuels entirely.
