Minimum Logical Proof (MLP) is the minimum observable pattern that proves continuity is present without interpretation.
Clarifying Constraints
- MLP is sufficient, not exhaustive.
- MLP does not require explanation, narrative, or intent attribution.
- MLP is evaluated only by observable structure, not outcome quality.
- Absence of MLP implies continuity cannot be asserted, regardless of claims.
Scope
This definition governs:
- all continuity claims,
- all transition validation,
- all testimony admissibility,
- all later constitutional rules.
No continuity rule, structure, geometry, or proof is valid unless it satisfies this predicate.
Immutability Clause
This definition is immutable once posted.
Any future refinement must be declared as a new Genesis entry with a higher sequence number.
Closure
This entry establishes the non-interpretive predicate for continuity across the Archive.
All subsequent entries inherit this definition by sequence.
